The historic 1892 depot and gardens are located at 307 Chicago Avenue, Charlevoix. The Depot is listed on National and State Registers of Historic Places. Major building renovations started in 2018. Significant work on the gardens to improve its appearance, irrigation and drainage was completed in 2023. The gardens are identified as a Michigan Master Gardener approved volunteer project. Both the Charlevoix Historical Society and the Charlevoix Garden Club collaborate in site maintenance. Gardens can go from great to grand with the support of volunteers!
