Apple Tree Pruning

The Little Traverse Conservancy is hosting this free in-person event. Join Nate Dionne for the second year in a row for an informational, hands-on seminar about apple tree pruning. Through various techniques, trees can be greatly revitalized in a manner that also supports the ecosystem and landscape around them. Participants will then have the chance to put these principles and objectives to use on the trees found on our LTC preserve.

Participants are invited to bring their own loppers/pole saws. Limited quantities of tools, including pruners and pole saws, will be available for use during the hands-on portion of the workshop. Registration required.  Click here to register.
