Tour of Little Traverse Conservancy’s property, an Anishinaabemowin word meaning: The Place of Peacefulness. With nearly a half mile universally accessible trail of crushed stone and winding at the end of the trail, Little Traverse Bay and surrounding land of Bay Harbor, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and northward can be seen. It located near Bay Shore and more specific directions will be posted when they are available. Amy Lipson of LTC will lead the tour and discuss the work done to thin the forest and remove invasive trees, as well as the on-going construction of accessible trails.
