NMMGA Fieldtrip-Raising Monarch Butterflies & the Gardens to Support Them

This is a field trip for NMMGA members to the gardens of Lauri Juday, a monarch expert. Enjoy her pollinator gardens. See her monarch waystations that provide the host plants (milkweed), the nectar plants (like Lantana and echinacea), and a water source. Learn how to make a water source that assures the butterfly can access water without drowning. Discover the work and materials required to raise monarchs from eggs. Join your fellow gardeners for a tour that will amaze you. Details to be posted when they are available.
