The Northern Michigan Master Gardeners Association will host a Smart Gardener information booth at the Boyne City Arbor Day with Tree Giveaways and Dedication of the Boyne City Discovery Trail Arboretum on April 28 at the Verteran’s Park Pavillion. The City of Boyne City, the Boyne Valley Garden Club and the Friends of the Boyne River will be giving away trees. In addition to the tree giveaways, the Boyne City Discovery Trail Arboretum will be dedicated to the City. The Discovery Trail Arboretum is a walking trail of trees throughout the city.
