WILDFLOWER WALK IN THE OFFIELD RESERVE with Brad Von Blon

Just a few miles from downtown Harbor Springs, the Offield Family Preserve has become a favorite community destination for wildflower viewing, hiking, dog walking (on leash), and nature classes. A mix of open meadows and forested hilly woods are found. Seasonal ponds are known as vernal pools and are especially common in spring and fall.

Join Brad Van Blon, of the Little Traverse Conservancy, on a walk through the preserve identifying and appreciating the beauty and importance of different wildflower species.
